Our stay at this place was absolutely mind-blowing! Leri, the person in charge, is super lovely and reliable. She's always accessible and ready to answer any questions or provide advice. The apartment is clean, spacious, and has two jaw-dropping terraces with beautiful furnishings. The location is perfect, easily accessible to public transport, with walking distance to the seaside. Nearby there are delicious bakeries, well-stocked supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants and bars to suit any taste and budget. We loved everything about our stay here!

Was a modern place to stay next to both city center and beaches, both the old town & the airport also the seaside is within walking distance, and local restaurants. The location was particularly good and magnificent, about 10 minutes drive to a modern monument. The host ensured we had a very comfortable experience on a budget Ryanair long weekend...

We had a fabulous time in Zadar and can wholeheartedly recommend Villa Lipa. Lovely comfortable villa with a nice terrace. Everything needed for cooking, plus a small supermarket and bakers just minutes away. The walk into town is lovely and catching the small ferry boat is delightful.
Would recommend this hotel.

The villa has a sun terrace for you to get sunburned in, safes for you to lock up your valuables , and free Wi-Fi for you to waste time on social media instead of exploring the city.
I absolutely loved not having any cons at all. What a disappointment!

We got an amazing deal for a spacious apartment at Villa Lipa in Zadar. The kitchen was fully equipped and we loved being away from the tourist center at night.
The breakfast could have been better with more variety.

The staff is friendly. The room is beautiful. The villa is close enough to a 10-minute walk from the beach and the marina. It includes a living area and a kitchen.

Lovely apartment with modern furnishings. Free parking available in front of the unit. Great location, within walking distance to the old town and the public beach.
Check-in process was not smooth and the host's attitude was not great.

For the price we paid, Villa Lipa definitely was so nice. The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with shops, restaurants and the seafront all within walking distance. The host, Mrs Leri, was helpful and were very good too ensure we had a great stay. Definitely recommend for families!
The only thing that could have made breakfast better was having a toaster in the apartment.

The location is ideal, really close to the old town, along the marina, and near the Sea Organ. The staff are amicable which made for a pleasant stay. The rooms are spotless and the beds are comfortable. The hotel has a big bathroom and is great for a budget weekend getaway. There's a great restaurant, Mamma Mia, just a short stroll away from the venue.

The location of Villa Lipa is marvellous, just a short walk away from the Sea Organ. The staff team at the villa was amicable and great.
I was only here for a trip, however, I would absolutely stay here again.

The rooms at Villa Lipa are absolutely amazing! They have fully equipped kitchens with fridges, so you can easily prepare your own meals. The balconies offer a great view and the satellite TV is perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. I just felt so comfortable and at home in the cozy seating area.
The only thing I didn't quite enjoy was the terrace. It just didn't match my personal taste, but I can see how others might still find it enjoyable.

I loved feeling like I was in my own family house at Villa Lipa. The barbecue facilities were fantastic for grilling up a feast, and the sun terrace was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun.
Who needs a quiet night's sleep anyway? The noisy neighbors from the adjacent house were a delightful addition to my stay.

The location was perfect, just a short 15-minute walk along the coast to the historic centre of Zadar. Our children, aged 2 to 18, absolutely loved exploring the city and we felt safe walking with them. The walk offered beautiful views of the sea and the sunsets were breathtaking. It was a great way to bond as a family and create lasting memories together.
In my wife's opinion, it would have been great if the villa had a playground or some outdoor activities specifically for children.

I especially loved the two balconies, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The owner was extremely helpful and provided great recommendations for exploring the city. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place for a stay in Zadar.
